Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on webshow.online, please notify our designated DMCA agent with the following information:

Required Information for DMCA Takedown Notice

  1. Your Contact Information: Full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address

  2. Identification of Copyrighted Work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL or specific location where the original authorized content exists

  3. Identification of Infringing Material: The specific URL(s) or location on webshow.online where the allegedly infringing material appears, with sufficient detail to allow us to locate the material

Processing of DMCA Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Promptly investigate the claim

  • Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content

  • Notify the content provider or user who posted the material

  • Document the notice for our records

Please note that as an aggregator site, we will remove links and embeds to third-party content. For content hosted on third-party platforms, you may also need to file DMCA notices directly with those platforms for complete removal.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature

  2. Your name, address, and telephone number

  3. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal

  4. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the United States, any judicial district in which webshow.online may be found)

  6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent
